Dave has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals. He started in the field with residential properties and quickly recognized his interest in development and multifamily properties. As the Managing Broker at Summergate Realty he strives to meet every client’s goal with integrity, strong communication and commitment. Leading his work ethic is his priority to help create strong and sustainable communities.
Dave has a BA from Hamline University and completed his real estate training with Kaplan Real Estate Education.

ABOUT JOHN
John is a Sr. Land Specialist with a diverse background in real estate and land-based projects. Over the last decade, he has focused on building relationships with landowners and public representatives, focusing on energy infrastructure projects and land development. John’s passion for real estate and landowner relations can be traced to his childhood. Growing up on a ranch in Central Minnesota, he understands the value of ownership and the connection owners have with their land. In his spare time, John enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking with his two dogs.
John has been a licensed Real Estate agent in Minnesota, since 2012. Receiving his training at Kaplan Real Estate Education in St Paul, MN.
